At Ollio Patisserie, every pastry is a celebration of craftsmanship, creativity, and care. Led by Chef Golda Sumpon, our founder and Executive Pastry Chef, we are passionate about delivering the highest quality in every bite.
From thoughtfully curated menus to premium ingredients and exquisite presentation, we strive to delight with every item we offer.
The name "Ollio"—meaning "a dish of many ingredients"—reflects our commitment to variety, flavor, and the joy of blending diverse culinary inspirations.
Our Story
Ollio Patisserie began in 2019 as a beloved vendor at the Frisco Fresh Market, quickly gaining a loyal following for our French macarons, croissants, danishes, and other baked delights.
In June 2021, we opened our first brick-and-mortar store in The Colony, TX (7552 Main Street, Suite 104). Thanks to overwhelming community support, we expanded again in October 2024 with our second location in Frisco, TX (8050 Preston Road, Suite 104).
Whether you're picking up your morning croissant, ordering a custom macaron tower, or just stopping by for something sweet, we're here to make every moment a little more joyful.
